1:45 pm - 2:45 pm
A shuttle will pick up guests from both the Executive Suites and the Sandman Hotel in Squamish and take them to Furry Creek Golf & Country Club. Please RSVP if you intend to use the shuttle so that we can ensure there are enough seats. The first shuttle will pick up guests from the Executive Suites at 1:45pm, followed by the Sandman at 2:00pm. The second shuttle will pick up guests from the Executive Suites at 2:45pm, followed by the Sandman at 3:00pm. Please arrive on time in order to catch the shuttles.
4:00 pm - 4:30 pm
Ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM on the first tee. Please arrive early to ensure adequate time for shuttling to ceremony site.
4:45 pm - 5:45 pm
Cocktail hour will be at the ceremony site, overlooking Howe Sound. There will be complimentary sangria and non-alcoholic punch served, and canned beverages are available for purchase during this time. Cash or card is accepted. There will also be an assortment of passed hors d'oeuvres.

Reception will be in The Pacific Ballroom, located in the clubhouse. We hope everyone brings their appetite and dancing shoes! Dinner will be served buffet style and food menus will be placed on guest tables to browse. There will be complimentary wine served at the bar during dinner service. Cash or card is accepted.
