Question

Can I take photos with my cell phone/camera?

Answer

We are not having an unplugged wedding, so you are more than welcome to take photos! Now, with that being said, PLEASE be very conscious of and courteous to our very talented Photographer and Video Team as they capture our wedding! This entails, not standing or raising your phone/camera over your head during the ceremony and special moments throughout the evening to get a shot on your device. Also please do NOT use flash during the ceremony or while the Photographer is taking photos- this could greatly distort the professional photos that we are wanting to turn out perfectly (if you want a copy of a specific moment, just let us know and we will work something out!). Feel free to take as many photos as you like while simply abiding by these rules. Also make sure that if you post them on Social Media, you use our hashtag #foreveramberandart so we can find them too!!!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your kids, we really do, but we would like you to have a night off from your kids! There will be a select few invited kids in attendance, but we would like to keep our wedding adults-only.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invite says "and Guest," then yes, you may. If it does not, then just bring your lovely self!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semiformal/Dressy Casual please. Women, here's your excuse to get all dolled up, but still stay comfortable. Men, pick out your favorite button down shirt, tie, slacks or nice jeans, and possibly a light jacket - basically, look fresh!

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes, there is a parking structure directly next to the ceremony and reception site which are in the same venue!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please let us know if you have dietary restrictions when you RSVP (if you have already RSVP'd, then let us know ASAP.)

Where are you registered?

Answer

We are registered at Macy's and through Zola! If you want to go to a store and choose something, Macy's is the place for you! However, if you would like to do everything online, you can do that either through Macy's or Zola! Both of those Registries can be found here on this website under "Registry" - The Zola Registry will show as soon as you click the tab, however for the Macy's one, you will need to click where it says "Other Registries" and then click on "Amber and Art's Macy's Wedding Registry." There are different items on each site, so feel free to browse!
