We’ve reserved a room block at Hilton Garden Inn Sun Prairie for our guests at a discounted rate for your convenience. Please note that the room block will close on September 7th, so we recommend booking early to secure your stay. Transportation to and from the venue will be provided for all guests. To make getting to and from the celebration easy, complimentary shuttle service will be available for guests staying at the hotel! A 56-passenger shuttle will depart the venue at 2:30 PM The hotel is approximately 30 minutes away Evening shuttles will leave the venue at: 10:00 PM • 11:00 PM • 12:00 AM If you choose to drive, cars may be left overnight at the venue, but must be picked up by 8:00 AM the following morning. We can’t wait to celebrate with you — please plan ahead, as seats are limited on each shuttle!
