What Is The Dress Code?

The dress code is semi-formal/cocktail hour fall theme attire. We would love to see our guests get dressed up for our day! Ladies, please refrain from wearing shades of white and ivory. Gentlemen, please refrain from wearing jeans

Can I Bring A Guest?

Answer

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity at our venue, we can only allow the people named on your invitation. All invited members of your party will appear in the RSVP form. We look forward to celebrating with our closest friends and family.

What Time Should I Arrive?

Answer

Please arrive 15–20 minutes early so you can find your seat and we can begin the ceremony on time.

Can I Take Photos And Videos During The Ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you refrain from using your phone or camera during the ceremony. Our photographer will be capturing the ceremony for us, so you don't have to!

Will There Be Food And Drinks?

Answer

Yes! We’ll have a popcorn bar during cocktail hour, a buffet-style BBQ dinner, dancing, and an open bar from 6:00 PM–10:00 PM.

Do You Have A Registry?

Answer

We are not registered for traditional gifts. We are so grateful for contributions toward our honeymoon fund or your presence at our celebration.

Is There A Hotel Block?

Answer

Yes, we have a room block at the Hilton Garden Inn-Sun Prairie at a discounted rate. Please book by September 7th using our hotel link or by mentioning our wedding name.

Will There Be Transportation Available?

Answer

Yes, transportation to and from the venue will be provided for guests staying at the hotel.
