Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

The last day to let us know if you are attending our celebration is July 1 @ 11:00PM. Please RSVP via the website. If you do not RSVP by this date we cannot guarantee a seat will be available for you on the day of. If you already know that you will not be able to attend, kindly let us know as soon as possible so we can finalize our guest list.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would love everyone to get dressed up for our big day. The dress code is formal attire. We kindly ask that guests avoid wearing white, cream, or ivory (reserved for the bride). As well as, anything grey with muted purple undertones as these colours are part of the wedding party's attire.

Is the venue indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held indoors.

What time should I plan to arrive?

Answer

Doors will open at 6:00 PM, and we kindly ask that all guests be seated at their tables by 7:00 PM sharp so we can start the reception on time. We recommend arriving between 5:45 - 6:00 PM to allow time to settle in and find your table.

Are children allowed?

Answer

We kindly ask that you leave the little ones at home. Only immediate family members will be permitted to bring children. Thank you for your understanding!

Is there parking?

Answer

Yes, there is free parking available on-site. However, for everyone’s safety, we highly recommend taking a rideshare or taxi at the end of the night.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! We’ll have an open bar available throughout the evening. Plan ahead and arrange a safe and responsible ride home. Please do not drink and drive.

What kind of food will be served?

Answer

We will be serving a traditional 10-course Chinese-style dinner during the reception. If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know when you RSVP.

Can I take pictures or post to social media?

Answer

We ask that you refrain from using your phones during the ceremony as it will be a phone-less ceremony. We want everyone to be fully present, and we’ll have professional photographers capturing everything to share with you later. Phones are welcome during the reception!

How do I book a hotel room?

Answer

Please visit the 'Travel' section on our website for full hotel details and booking instructions. Rooms must be reserved by July 7 to receive the special group rate.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We’d love to celebrate with every close to us, but due to limited venue capacity, we are only able to accommodate guests who were formally invited. We appreciate your understanding.
