Question

Where can I share photos?

Answer

Here are links to a google album that we can upload all of the photos to! https://tinyurl.com/Nichols20191108 If the link above does not work please try: https://photos.app.goo.gl/Nt3PvVHMy7xeiVvo7

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please have your RSVP in the mail no later than August 30, 2019. If you plan on camping, please inform us by the end of April to ensure an available camp site. These campsites do book fast. If you wait past July, there is a very good chance that all the campsites might be gone.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 3:00PM. Please arrive 15 minutes early. Due to the layout of the venue, if you are late, you would be walking through the bride and groom. For this reason, if you are late you will not be able to watch the ceremony.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

No, however, business casual would be a good guide. Please be comfortable but tasteful. Please remember that the ceremony is outdoors in gravel. Heels would not be recommended. Both the bride and groom will be wearing cowboy boots.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Yes you may. However, if you place on your RSVP no, please do not ask us the week before the wedding. We also ask that you limit your guest to only a date. Please do not invite extra friends. We have built a guest list to include family and friends that are close to us. We would like to have as much space as possible for them.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

This is a celebration of LOVE. Children are products of love, and should be there. We will have activities for them to do throughout the night.

Question

I have a food allergy; can I make a special request?

Answer

Please let us know as soon as possible. Feel free to write it on the back of your RSVP.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes there is. However, the venue needs a car count 2 months before the wedding. If you do not respond by the end of August, you will be responsible for paying for your parking into the park.

Question

Is there anything I can bring to the wedding?

Answer

The venue has strict rules on alcohol and food containers. For this reason, please do not bring any outside food or drinks (unless you are going to camp). We will be doing a money dance.

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

November in the Phoenix area is never the same. Some years it can be in the high 70's, others in the low 40's. However, it will drop at night. The ceremony is located outdoors and may be a little warm, but the night will most likely be cold. It could very well be in the 30's. Please plan accordingly and check the weather forecast before packing.

Question

What should I do if I have an annual pass to the White Tanks?

Answer

Please let the bride and groom know, so that they can save a parking spot for someone who doesn't. Please write on the back of your RSVP card "I own and annual pass."
