3:00 pm - 3:30 pm
The attire will be business casual. We highly recommend flat and closed-toed shoes as this is a primarily dirt location in a nature park. There may be critters, so boots may be preferred. The groomsmen will be in jeans, so no need for suits or tuxes. Please be comfortable.
You will park in the lot for the White Tank Mountain Library. On the far left side of the building is a dirt walkway that will take you around to the amphitheater. The path is smooth and even, but is fully dirt. There will be ushers for those who need extra help finding the amphitheater. Because there is a path that you need to take, we highly recommend arriving 15 minutes early. Unfortunately, with the only entrance to this venue being located behind the bride and groom, if you are late, you will be unable to witness the ceremony.
3:30 pm - 4:30 pm
This venue is an approximately five minute drive into the park from the ceremony site. There are no gas stations inside, or within ten minutes of the park. Please plan accordingly. This will be a time to mingle, find your seat, and sign the guest book. We will also be doing a competition to determine the order for dinner dismissal. You will want to find your seat, because the people around you will be your teammates.
5:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Toasts will be done during this time.
6:00 pm - 9:30 pm
The reception will continue past 9:30 PM, however, the park gates close at 10:00PM. You are more than welcome to stay the night in the park, but if you plan on going home or staying in a hotel, please plan on leaving by 9:45PM.
