We are saying I Do!

Lukas and Amanda met on the central campus Starbucks of Northern Arizona University on September the 13th of 2014. One of Amanda's two roommates thought that his friend was 'cute'. Amanda, being the only one of the three with no fear, yelled across the restaurant. Much to her embarrassment, they ended up waiting for one of their specialty drinks so long, that Luke and his friend left the restaurant at the same time as her and her roommates. As both groups walked in the same direction, they discovered that they lived in the same dorm building. For the next few months the couple was inseparable. In January of 2015 the couple officially started dating, without Amanda ever knowing. Lukas introduced her as his girlfriend to one of his roommate's friends. When asked how long they had been dating for, Lukas said he had just assumed that they had been for almost 2 months at that point. Over the next few weeks this was a large source of humor for the couple. On February the 6th of 2016 Lukas proposed at the top of Mt. Humphrey in Flagstaff, Arizona. Lukas likes to describe their engagement as an epic story with love, adventure, sadness, a few cuss words, and tears of joy/fear. If you ask Amanda, however, she will tell you that Lukas tried to kill her, and only after she had survived what she thought was a horror movie did Lukas decide he was going to propose.

Over the past 5 years the love that Lukas Nichols and Amanda Dennis share for each other has grown past what either one thought it might become. They now invite you to join with them on November the 8th of 2019 in Waddell, Arizona at the White Tank Mountain Regional Park's beautiful amphitheater, located adjacent to the White Tank Library, as they say their vows. After, follow them into the stunning White Tank Mountain Regional Park, the largest regional park in the country, to celebrate their wedding day surrounded by breath taking views.
