Wedding Details
Arrival & Ending
The wedding starts at 4pm so PLEASE get there 30-35 minutes early to allow time for parking, looking at the beautiful venue/ personal touches, and finding your seat. There will be assigned seating for all guests at the ceremony. We kindly emphasize that you arrive within the window of time mentioned, as we will begin directly at 4pm. If you happen to arrive after the ceremony has started, please make your way quietly to the back and refrain from walking down the aisle to your seat. This is in order to prevent any disruption or distractions. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. The Wedding ends at 9pm.
Parking
There is free street parking. However, it is unfortunately limited. We suggest to carpool if possible to ensure everyone is able to find a spot near the venue.
Ceremony & Reception
We love this venue because there are options! Our plan is to have the ceremony outside and the reception inside. Granted, we never know when rain will visit. If weather does occur we are able to have both the ceremony and reception inside. That being said, they are both located on the same property. There is air conditioning, heat, and bathrooms at the venue.
Dress Code
Please dress Semi-Formal for the wedding. The theme is shades of blue, so the couple would love for guests to wear blue! Neutral or muted shades are acceptable as well. Women Can: Wear dresses, skirt with nice shirt, dress pants with a nice top. Comfortable shoes are recommended but you are welcome to wear heals if desired. Please avoid the color white/cream/ or anything close to that. Men Can: Wear dress pants, slacks, dress shirt, button up. Comfortable shoes are welcomed and recommended. BRING A JACKET: As many of you know, the Bride LOVES the cold and will likely want it to be (respectfully) cool for comfort and make-up/hair purposes. The weather app is reporting cooler temperatures (High of 68, Night time likely mid 50's). Please prepare yourself by bringing a jacket! Or you can even pack a blanket in the car to grab for later in the night!
Provisions
During Social Hour there will be snacks. For dinner we have a lovely catering team that will be providing us with great food sure to please everyone! There will be choices of meat, a salad bar, vegetables, and mashed potatoes. Also, don't get us started on dessert...
Gifts
Although we are mostly looking for contributions towards a down payment on a house and traveling, you are welcome to bring a gift. Please keep in mind that we live out of state so room in our truck is limited. If a gift is being brought, please keep it small. If you would like to help us save for a house or travel for our honeymoon, you can donate through the "Wedding Gifts" tab on this website OR donate in person.
