The website will allow you to book with the group discount. We will offer a shuttle on Saturday to the wedding venue before the wedding and back to the hotel at the end of the wedding. If you would like to use the shuttle, please let us know when you RSVP!

A hotel conveniently located 10 minutes from the venue. While we won't have a block reserved at this location, it is a viable option for staying slightly closer to Whitetail

The area offers additional hotels and rentals. Our venue is ski resort during the winter, so there are several rentals and AirBNB options locally. More information can be found on the Ski Whitetail website or on AirBNB.
Travel Note
Take I-81 S, Exit 5 (Formerly Exit 3)(Route 16) in Greencastle, PA. Take Route 16 W towards Mercersburg just beyond the village of Upton, turn left on PA Route 995. Follow 995 straight through two stop signs. At the next stop sign, turn left towards Whitetail Resort. The ski resort is located 1.5 miles beyond Whitetail Golf Resort. The ski resort will be on your right.
Travel Note
Take I-76 to Breezewood, PA, then I-70 E into Maryland. Take MD Exit 18, then turn left off exit ramp. Go through the traffic light in Clear Spring, MD. Follow the snowflake and Whitetail signs 7 miles to the slopes.
Flight
BWI is about 90 minutes away from our wedding site. Most major airlines fly in and out of BWI, including Delta, United, and Southwest.

HIA is a smaller airport about 90 minutes away from the wedding.
