Questions?

Feel free to reach out with any additional questions!
Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress is casual. We hope that people will celebrate our special day in whatever clothing is comfortable to them. We plan for our ceremony to be outside, so we recommend a jacket if it is cooler.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We are planning for an intimate event, so we ask that you only bring those listed with your party in the RSVP section.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We are planning for an intimate event, so we ask that you only bring those listed with your party in the RSVP section.

Question

I have a specific food need. How can I let you know?

Answer

Please let us know when you RSVP. We will do our best to work with the caterer to meet your needs. We want you to enjoy your meal!

Question

Will alcohol be served?

Answer

Yes! There will be an open bar for 21+ guests to enjoy.

Question

Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the hotel?

Answer

Yes, there will be a shuttle to and from the Courtyard by Marriot in Hagerstown. The Springhill Suites in Hagerstown is also located within walking distance of the Courtyard. If you are staying at either hotel, you can use our shuttle to the wedding venue and back to the hotel at the end of the evening. Please let us know if you plan to use the shuttle when you submit your RSVP. We encourage folks who plan to drink at the wedding to use the shuttle!

Question

What safety precautions will you take in light of COVID?

Answer

UPDATE 9/15/21 Our venue requires masks for all indoor spaces. The reception is indoors so please come prepared with a face covering. We will have masks available should you need one! We urge all guests to get vaccinated. We are firmly in the camp that it’s beneficial for all! If you are not vaccinated, we ask that you let us know so that we can arrange seating for dinner, when most folks will be unmasked, appropriately. Additionally, we ask that you complete a COVID test 48-72 hours prior to attending the wedding and be able to provide the negative result. We ask that you adhere to the mask rule throughout the wedding weekend for your safety and the safety of those around you. If you are vaccinated, we would recommend completing a COVID test 48-72 hours prior to attending wedding events. If you are ill (fever/chills, cough, shortness of breath, fatigue, headache, sore throat, etc.) or test positive for COVID, we ask that you stay home and celebrate with us virtually.
