The closest international airport is Portland Oregon, approximately a 3 hour drive to Yachats. Eugene airport is a bit smaller but a shorter drive at 2 hours.

Due to the heat wave and fires across the Pacific Northwest the coast is very crowded currently. Please keep this in mind while making travel plans as there may be an increase in traffic.

Be aware, for anyone traveling by car, there are several large fires south and east of Yachats. Google Maps can show you air quality and smoke path. These fires may mean road closures as well.
