When should I get to Fonte de' Medici?
Check-in is at 4:00 PM on Thurs. 10/8. You may arrive earlier and if your room is not ready, Fonte De' Medici can store your bags until your room is ready. In the meantime, you can use the restaurant and garden area.
How do I reserve my room?
We have the entire Fonte De' Medici venue booked from 10/8 - 10/11. We will assign rooms based on party size and you will pay directly through FDM. Guests pay the room price at check-in.
Are children invited?
While we love your little ones, the wedding will be an adult-only celebration with children 12 and older.
Can I bring additional people?
We ask that you only bring those that are listed on your invite.
How do I get around?
We will have transportation from the hotel for the Welcome Party and Wedding Day events. Check travel page for more!
When should I start booking my flight?
No later than 3 months before. The sweet spot is generally 3-6 months in advance.
