THINGS TO DO AT THE RESORT
Included with your room is access to all of LBR's facilities including daily breakfast and access to the saltwater pool, kayaking, paddle boards, tennis or pickleball, firepits, cornhole, and more. There is also a public restaurant and bar on site at LBR where you can stop in for lunch or a drink overlooking the water!
Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens
Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens is a people’s garden, a grassroots effort that began as a casual conversation between friends and evolved into the largest botanical garden in New England. Boothbay Craft Brewery, Taphouse, & RV
We discovered this place a few years ago when we needed a place to camp on our way back from a trip to Nova Scotia. We fell in love with the atmosphere and delicious beers - what could be better than an awesome brewery that allows you to RV camp on the property? Now, we make a point to visit every summer. Stop in for a beer or pick up some to-go cans on your way into town!
Boothbay Region Land Trust
For those looking to explore on foot, Boothbay Region Land Trust (BRLT) is a nationally accredited, nonprofit land conservation organization with free public access to nature preserves across the peninsula with over 30 miles of hiking trails. Check out their website for trail recommendations.
Maine Island Trail Association
An organization near and dear to our hearts - we got engaged along the Maine Island Trail and have been members of and visiting various islands for a few years now! For more info visit their website.
