We love your kids and dogs —we really do! But we want our wedding to be your night off! We welcome any families to bring their kids or dogs for the weekend to enjoy all of the LBR amenities, however we ask that you leave the little ones (with a sitter) and pups in the cabins during the wedding events. Please let us know if you plan to bring your dog so we can make sure you get assigned a pet-friendly cabin!
We recommend spring semi-formal attire. Don't forget to bring your dancing shoes (keep in mind, there will be many grassy areas so it's probably best to skip the stilettos)! Gentlemen - Connor says "tie optional." Our venue has multiple indoor/ outdoor spaces so come prepared for weather/ temperature fluctuations.
Our wedding will be RSVP only. If your invitation says "and guest" then yes, you're welcome to bring a date. Otherwise, please know that we will only be able to accommodate the number of guests specifically listed on your invitation.
Because we have booked this venue as a destination event, we are encouraging our guests to stay on site with us! While you are welcome to find other preferred accommodations, please note that we will not be providing transportation off-site.
If you're staying on site with us for the weekend, we recommend bringing warm layers, a bathing suit (the pool is heated), athletic wear, comfortable shoes, and any snacks or drinks you may want to keep in your cabin or room (there is a Hannaford in Boothbay)!
