George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH)
The Houston area has two major airports - IAH and HOU. Our recommendation for out of town guests is to travel into George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH). IAH services most major airlines and is located on the north side of Houston, ~35 miles from the wedding venue. IAH has far more amenities (i.e. rental car options, ride share availability, etc.) than HOU. William P. Hobby Airport (HOU) is a secondary option which is mainly focused on servicing Southwest Airlines. HOU is located on the south side of Houston, ~45 miles from the wedding venue.

We contacted multiple hotels in the area and unfortunately were unable to get a discounted group rate due to multiple events taking place right around our venue at the same time. The hotels listed here are nearby the venue and within a reasonable driving distance to/from the airport and downtown Houston. We suggest monitoring for rates and booking early to avoid increased prices from the multitude of events in the area around our wedding date.

Transportation
Due to the sprawling nature of the Houston area and lack of public transportation options, we highly recommend renting a car or coordinating with someone who does. Ride share options (i.e. Uber, Lyft, etc.) are available from the airport, but can be hit or miss in the area immediately around the venue.
