When do I need make my reservation for the hotel?

When should I RSVP by?

What should I wear to the wedding?

Answer

Most of our guests will be wearing semi-formal attire (i.e., tuxes and gowns, suits and cocktail dresses).

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes. Vans will transport guests from the hotel to the ceremony, and then from the ceremony to the reception. And of course, there will be transportation from the reception back to the hotel. There will be vans available all night long to take guests back to the hotel from the reception.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes. We are planning to have a "Welcome Dinner" at the Terraza Grill on Friday, October 1st (located on the Reef Playacar property) and a brunch at the Chulavista on Sunday, October 3rd (also located on the Reef Playacar property)

Will there be a send-off?

Answer

We will not be doing a send-off on the night of the wedding. Our reception room is reserved until 1:00AM, but guests can leave whenever they need (there will be at least 1 van on site the entire night to transport guests back the hotel when ready). After brunch on Sunday (10/3), we will have an unofficial send-off to say good-bye to guests.
