Please check your email from Allyson Smith for your assigned shuttle time. You will have been assigned to either the 2:15pm or 3:15pm shuttle. They will pick you up in front of Kirkwood Lodge Main Entrance OR Kit Carson Lodge Restaurant depending on where you are staying. Unfortunately if you miss your shuttle you will have to drive as each shuttle is at capacity. NOTE: This is a shuttle pick-up/drop off location on the wedding day. Close and most modern accommodation to the Hideout. It is located at the local ski area. Discount code below if you call 855-332-1601 and reference the Smith/Manire Wedding at The Hideout. We recommend calling to make a reservation as their online system isn't very intuitive.

NOTE: This is a shuttle pick-up/drop off location on the wedding day. This location offers cute cabins and hotel rooms and is the closest location to the venue. They have cabins & rooms that hold 2-8 people. There's a cute bistro on-site. Kit Carson Lodge is also right on a lake and offers activities such as kayaking, paddleboarding, horseback riding, etc.

This location is rustic and is often used by fishermen to access the nearby lake. It is 3 miles (10 minute drive) from the closest Shuttle pick-up/drop off location on the day of the wedding but do note that Uber, Lyft and Taxi availability is very limited in the area.

Feel free to grab an Airbnb or VRBO. On the day of the wedding, you will need to meet at the entrance of the Kirkwood Mountain Resort or Kit Carson Lodge if you plan to use the shuttle service we will be providing.
