Ithaca Ale House Eliot changed the time and location day of, Ally almost canceled hours before and showed up 30 minutes late. Eliot was extremely inpatient about having to wait to sit for dinner and barely touched his burger. Ally had spinach in her teeth for at least half the date. In the end, we sat and chatted for so long the waitress kept slyly asking Ally if everything was going okay. He practically moved in with Ally right away. The rest was history.

Seneca Harbor Station Ally didn't want to go but chose to not complain as it is one of Eliot's favorite restaurants, but refused to put on make-up and begrudgingly put on the first dress she could find. While Ally knew the proposal was coming soon, she anticipated it was going to happen on vacation a few months later and was truly taken off guard when, instead of running off the dock to the restaurant as we got the call our table was ready, Eliot instead got on one knee. Onlookers clapped. We got ice cream.
