Welcome Party

3:00 pm - 6:30 pm

Attire: Beach Day - Baithing Suit & Cover Up with an optional change of casual clothes for the Quarter Deck event (Sun Dress, Shorts and a Button Down or T-Shirt)

Join us for a beach day at Bitter End Yacht Club! Activities include Swimming, Water Sports and a Hobie Cat Beer Can Regatta (no sailing experience required). Event followed by a Cocktail Hour & Light Bites in the early-evening at the Upstairs Quarterdeck at Bitter End. Please Note: Bitter End Yacht Club is only accessible via boat. We will arrange water taxi's to and from Gun Creek and Leverick Bay (5 - 10 minute boat ride) to pick up and drop off guests. Please check this page closer to the event for specific times and don't forget to arrange a taxi or rental car to / from the ferry pick up and your accommodation if applicable. We highly recommend making a dinner reservation here after the Welcome Party concludes! If you are staying at Oil Nut Bay or Saba Rock, you can coordinate with guest services to arrange your ferry to / from with the resort.

The Night Before Cocktail Hour

7:30 pm - 10:15 pm

Attire: Tropical Cocktail (no sport coat required for men)

Join the bride & grooms family after a private rehearsal dinner for drinks light bites. Saba Rock is only accessible via boat. We will arrange water taxi's to and from Gun Creek and Leverick Bay to pick up and drop off guests (5-10 minute ferry ride). Please check back here for specific times closer to the event, and don't forget to arrange a taxi or rental car to / from the ferry pick up and your accommodation if applicable. If you are staying at Oil Nut Bay or Bitter End Yacht Club, both resorts offer ferry services to and from Saba Rock. (5 minute boat ride) Want to hang at Saba Rock before or after the event? Check out their ferry schedule on our "Things to Do" page. We highly recommend making a dinner reservation here prior the cocktail hour.

Ceremony & Reception

4:30 pm - 11:45 pm

Attire: Tropical Formal (men in sport coats, no tie required) + Bathing Suit for after party!

Oil Nut Bay is only accessible via boat (10 minute boat ride from Leverick Bay, Gun Creek, Bitter End Yacht Club & Saba Rock Resort). We will provide transportation to and from, announced at a later date!

Boat & Brunch Day

11:00 am - 5:00 pm

Attire: Bathing Suits

For those not traveling home yet, we've scheduled a boat day to Jost Van Dyke. Boats will pick up guests from TBA location and time. Boat ride from Virgin Gorda to Jost Van Dyke can take up to 1 hour. Please note you will have to swim a small distance to get to the bars.
