Transportation

We have chosen hotels that are under 3-6 miles from the venue to minimize cost of transportation for our guests. Many of the hotels have shuttles to get from the airport to the hotel and vice versa. If you are not planning to venture around the city, we recommend using Uber or Lyft to get from the hotel to wedding venue and vice versa (For the wedding, please be sure to schedule your ride for a certain time window to alleviate having to wait outside of the venue for a long time after the reception ends). If you plan to turn your trip into a vacation and visit sites in the city, we recommend renting a car from Turo or using a major car rental company such as Enterprise, Avis, Budget, Hertz, Alamo etc.

We have not rented a group Airbnb as the price per person for many of the 10+ room homes cost more than the hotels we've contracted for the room blocks, and the multibedroom homes were on the other side of the city than the airport and venue. If you plan to book one, please be mindful of its distance from the venue due to traffic.
