We’ve reserved a room block at Hotel Van Zandt, a stylish boutique hotel in the heart of downtown Austin near Rainey Street — perfect for exploring bars, live music, and great food. Rooms are available at a discounted rate from March 25–28, 2026. Please book by February 25, 2026 to receive the group rate. The hotel is about 20 minutes from our venue, and shuttle transportation will be provided both ways so you can relax and celebrate stress-free with us. Travel Note
Both hotels are within easy walking distance to many popular spots. Uber and Lyft are widely available, and there are plenty of electric scooters and bikes if you want to get around quickly. Austin even offers self-driving Waymo cars through Uber — if you’re feeling adventurous!
