We kindly ask guests to plan their arrival for Thursday, March 26, 2026, in order to join us for the welcoming events. A shuttle will be provided to the wedding venue. Guests who prefer to arrive Friday morning may do so, but must be present at the designated pickup location at the scheduled time.

The shuttle ride to the venue will take approximately 1.5 hours, though timing may vary depending on traffic. Please plan to meet in the hotel lobby at noon for pick-up and departure. A light lunch will be provided upon arrival. **Guests who prefer not to take the shuttle may arrange their own transportation to the venue. Please note that the drive to Huasca de Ocampo includes paid toll roads.

The shuttle ride back to Mexico City will take approximately 1.5 hours, though timing may vary with traffic. There will only be one shuttle that will do a direct drop off at the airport, this shuttle will be departing the venue at 730a sharp. Please let the bride or groom know if you will be needing to ride on this shuttle. For guests extending their stay in Mexico City, the shuttle will depart the venue at the scheduled time and will drop off at Hilton Reforma.
