Join us at the hotel lobby bar for welcome drinks hosted by the bride and groom, where everyone can meet, mingle, and get to know each other before the celebrations begin. Dinner will be on your own, as there are plenty of great restaurants within the hotel and nearby for you to explore. Afterward, those who want to keep the night going are welcome to join us for a casual bar hop!

Please be ready in the hotel lobby by 10AM sharp for shuttle pickup to the venue in Huasca de Ocampo, Hidalgo, México. The ride will take approximately 1.5 hours, and a light lunch will be provided along the way. For those who prefer not to take the shuttle, please arrange your own transportation to the venue.

Join us for an unforgettable evening in the historic wine cellars of the hacienda. This first gathering at the venue will be the perfect chance to continue mingling, enjoy tapas and cocktails, and set the tone for the celebrations ahead. For those who’d like a taste of history, a 30-minute guided ghost tour of the hacienda will be offered. Torches will light your way as you explore the estate’s legendary past before rejoining the party. Please let us know in your RSVP if you’d like to participate so your spot can be reserved in advance. After the tour, or for those who prefer to stay behind, gather around fireplaces for traditional Mexican coffee, hot chocolate, and sweet bread and enjoy atmospheric music.

Our wedding day begins with a heartfelt ceremony in the historic chapel of the hacienda. Starting at 5pm, this intimate 30-minute gathering will include a simple blessing, our vows, and words of love as we begin the celebration of our marriage. Surrounded by the charm of the hacienda and the people dearest to us, this moment will mark the start of an unforgettable evening together.

Immediately following the ceremony, guests will gather just outside the chapel for an elegant cocktail hour. Savor hors d’oeuvres and signature margaritas while enjoying the serene views of the hacienda. This will also be a perfect moment for photographs, with the scenic backdrop of the estate and a beautifully designed portrait wall before being guided into the reception area

Following cocktail hour, guests will be guided into the reception space, located just beside the chapel gardens. Each guest will be welcomed to their assigned table as dinner is served promptly. Dinner will consist of a curated four-course experience featuring a strawberry balsamic salad, cream corn soup, chicken or beef for the main course, and a sweet finale of cheesecake and chocolate cake. Signature Palomas and Margaritas will be served throughout the evening, along with a selection of additional beverages. Each table will also have a designated captain entrusted with a bottle of tequila and whiskey, ensuring that the celebration is filled with toasts and shared moments. The evening will continue with lively music, dancing, cutting of the wedding cake, bouquet toss, a special surprise for all guests, and late night bites!

The morning after the celebration, guests are invited to enjoy a light breakfast bar before departing. Shuttles will be provided back to Mexico City, including direct transfers to the airport for those catching flights home. The drive back to Mexico City is approximately 1.5 hours but traffic into the city may vary and lengthen the return, plan flights accordingly. There will only be one shuttle that goes directly to the airport, it will depart the venue at 730a sharp. If you need to catch this shuttle, please let the bride or groom know in advance. The other two shuttles will drop off at Hilton Reforma and will depart from the venue at the scheduled time.
