Question

How & when should I RSVP?

Answer

To RSVP, please click the RSVP tab here on our website and type in your name. All invited guests in your party will appear here to mark as "attending" or "declining". We kindly ask for you to RSVP by September 18th 2026.

Question

Attire details

Answer

Semi-Formal We suggest a semi-formal look—think cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, or a suit and tie (or a sport coat). We want you to be comfortable and ready to hit the dance floor! Please note that our ceremony will be held on a grass lawn, followed by a reception in the barn. We recommend choosing footwear that is grass-friendly (block heels or flats) to ensure you can navigate the grounds comfortably.

Question

The Wardrobe "Wish List" (What to Skip)

Answer

We are so excited to see everyone dressed up for our big day! To help us maintain our semi-formal vibe, we kindly ask that you avoid the following: Colors: Please leave white, cream, and ivory tones for the bride. Casual Bottoms: No jeans, cargo shorts, or shorts of any kind, please. Tops: We ask that no graphic t-shirts or athletic wear be worn. Footwear: Since we’ll be on a lawn and in a barn, please skip the flip-flops, Crocs, and sneakers. (We also highly recommend avoiding stilettos so you don't sink into the grass!)

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a strict guest list to stay within our venue's capacity. Our invitations are addressed to those specifically invited. If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes! If not, we look forward to celebrating with just you.

Question

A Note on Little Ones

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event. We want all of our guests—parents included—to have a night of relaxation and uninhibited fun! We kindly ask that you make childcare arrangements for children and babies so you can celebrate with us. Please note that this includes infants and children of all ages. We hope you understand and will still be able to join us for our big day.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony begins promptly at 4:30pm. We recommend arriving 20-30 minutes early to enjoy the scenery and find your seat before we begin.

Question

Is there parking on-site?

Answer

yes, there is plenty of parking available on-site! Please follow the signs to the guest parking area upon arrival.Getting to the Ceremony From the parking lot, there is a short walk down to the ceremony lawn. For those who prefer not to walk—or if you're wearing heels you’d rather save for the dance floor—we will have golf carts available to escort you directly to the ceremony area. Just look for our drivers when you arrive!

Question

Our Unplugged Ceremony

Answer

We want you to be fully present with us as we say "I do!" To ensure everyone can enjoy the moment, we have hired a full professional team—including two photographers, a videographer, and a content creator—to capture every angle and special memory. We kindly ask that you keep all phones and cameras tucked away during the ceremony and leave the documentation to our experts. We can’t wait to share the final gallery with you!

Question

Can I take photos during the reception?

Answer

Absolutely! While the ceremony is unplugged, we want you to take as many photos and videos as you’d like during the reception.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! The bar is open and ready for you. While we'll have plenty of options, you may bring your own items discreetly if you prefer. We want everyone to enjoy the night safely, so please note that highly intoxicated behavior will not be tolerated.

Question

What if I do not RSVP in enough time?

Answer

If you do not RSVP by September 18th 2026, you will be marked as " not attending." If you realized you missed the window, please reach out to the Bride or Groom as soon as possible to see if adjustments can still be made. However, please understand if we are unable to accommodate additional guests at this late stage. Whether we see you on the dance floor or the next time our paths cross, we look forward to celebrating this chapter with you!

Question

What if I RSVP'D and cant make it?

Answer

You will be missed! Life happens, no worries. Please let the bride or groom know as soon as possible that you will no longer be in attendance.
