When should I RSVP by?
Answer
We are asking all guest to RSVP by Friday May 31, 2024. If an unseen or unfortunate event occurs and you have to cancel your attendance, we ask that you let us know directly via text or email.

Will parking be available?
Answer
Yes! Since 21C Museum Hotel is in downtown Durham, to avoid the limited parking selection, they will be offering valet parking for our guests that evening for the discounted price of $20. Please make sure you do not leave any valuables in your vehicle. 21C Museum Hotel is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Where do I go once I arrive?
Answer
The hall where we are hosting our event has its own private entrance. There will be a sign dedicated to our event at the door. If you have any questions, please ask the valet attendant and they will be happy to assist you.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Yes! The theme of the evening is 1920s Harlem Renaissance Attire. Please refer to the "Dress to Impress" tab for additional information.

What time should I arrive at the event?

We are asking all of our guests to arrive between 5:00 PM and 5:30 PM.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
Yes! We worked with the 21C Museum Hotel to reserve hotel rooms for guests who want to stay for the weekend. Please contact us for additional information and available discounts.

How much should I bring for food and drinks?
Answer
The food and drinks will be on us! We want to provide our family and friends with an amazing dining experience to show how much you are loved and appreciated. Please remember that the employees of 21C Museum Hotels have worked hard to make this evening possible. Tips and gratuity are greatly appreciated.
