Travel Note
Transportation to & from Mount Ida on May 4
For guests at each hotel, please meet down in the hotel lobby to board the bus at 3:40pm. For those who are local/staying at an AirBnB and wanting to hop on a bus, please meet at the Omni Hotel at 3:40pm. There will also be a shuttle to safely bring you to the after party or hotel, as well as an early shuttle if your feet start hurting before 11.

Flying into Cville
If you are FLYING in for the wedding, we recommend trying to book a flight to CHO (Charlottesville-Albemarle Airport). It's a small airport, but it's SO convenient. You might also consider flying into RIC (Richmond International Airport), which is about an hour away from Charlottesville. It's a very easy drive, but you'd either need to rent a car or take an Uber/Lyft.

Getting around Cville
Speaking of...Uber and Lyft are very prevalent across Cville. You could consider renting a car for convenience, but it is certainly not necessary. Plus we'll have transportation available from the hotels to/from the wedding.

Given limited availability and wonky hotel policies, we recommend this hotel for guests choosing to spend the entire weekend in Cville - if you're only looking to stay on Saturday, please book at the Courtyard by Marriott below! (It's just as nice, we promise!) This hotel is ~0.75 miles (15 minute walk) from the downtown mall, and ~0.5 miles (10 minute walk) to the University of Virginia. Shuttle to ceremony/reception will be provided!
