If you click the RSVP tab on our wedding website, you will be prompted to provide your name. Once you have provided your name, you will asked which events you are able to attend. You will also be able to select your meal option for the reception and note any dietary restrictions.
We ask that you let us know of your plans by no later than September 18th! This will allow us enough time to finalize all the details, like making sure that there'll be enough food and drinks for all our guests.
The address of our venue can be found in the Schedule section of our website. We recommend using Google Maps, Apple Maps, or Waze for accurate navigation. As the wedding venue is only 10 minute drive from our hotel blocks, you may also take an Uber, Lyft, or Taxi to and from the venue.
Yes, we have reserved room blocks at a couple of local hotels in Georgetown, KY. Please visit our Travel page for more information about room blocks, including discount codes.
There is free parking available at the wedding venue.
Due to space constraints, we can only accommodate named guests on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding.
We love kids! However, there is limited space available at our venue. As such, we are only able to accommodate guests who are named on the invitation. Thank you for making arrangements. Since many of our guests are traveling from out of town, we recognize it may be more challenging to find a sitter. Please reach out directly to either of us (Caleb or Alison) and we will be happy to provide recommendations for local baby sitters.
Our ceremony will start promptly at 4:30pm EST. We ask that guests arrive around 4:00pm, so that they have enough time to park and be seated for the ceremony.
Our wedding attire is semi-formal. For women, this could mean knee-length, midi, or maxi dresses. Jumpsuits are also a fun option! For men, we recommend slacks and a blazer or a suit. One other thing to bear in mind is that our wedding will take place outdoors in October. In Kentucky, this could mean sunny and warm or a crisp, autumn day. For women planning to wear a sleeveless dress or jumpsuit, we recommend bringing a shaw, cardigan, or light jacket to cover your shoulders.
Weather permitting, our ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors. Our reception will take place indoors.
We are so excited that you'll be joining us, and we want you to relax and be fully present for our ceremony. We have a wonderful photographer who will capture every moment, and we'll make sure you see those photos as soon as we do! With this in mind, we ask that you refrain from photos during the ceremony. For the reception? Go wild!
We are registered through Zola! Links are available under our wedding registry webpage.
Your presence is present enough, but should you wish to bring a gift to our wedding, there will be a gift table for your convenience.
Yes, cash gifts are welcome. Details on how to do so are provided on our registry page. You may also right out a check to Caleb Wilson or Alison Schreiber, and we will deposit the check into our joint account. At our wedding, we will have a box on the gift table for wedding cards. Your may place your check in this box as well.
We'll be serving light passed hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour, followed by dinner and dessert during the reception.
When you RSVP, please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions or food allergies. We’ll do our best to accommodate them. We know that a number of guests are pescatarian or vegetarian, so we plan to have many plant-based options available.
We will be hosting an open bar during the cocktail hour and reception of our wedding.
