If flying, choose Seattle Tacoma International Airport as your arrival location. From there, the quickest and easiest way to get to the Georgetown Ballroom or your hotel, will be a car service like Uber or Lyft. These areas are located on the second floor of the Arrivals area at the airport. It is a ~15 minute drive from the airport to the Ballroom.
