Austin - Bergstrom International Airport

Austin-Bergstrom International Airport is the closest airport, however you can also go through Houston international airport or Dallas, if you are planning to visit another big city in Texas.

Option 1: Car rental - rental companies are located on the ground level of the airport. (If you are planning to stay at Aloft hotel, please note that only valet parking available for $43 per day. Car rental might not be the best option) Option 2: Super Shuttle - about $32-36 each person. Their desk is also on the ground level, next to car rental. You can book in advance online at https://www.supershuttle.com/locations/austin-aus/ Option 3: Uber/Lift -- the better option if you decide to use Aloft hotel, and hang out at Austin Downtown most of the weekend.

Aloft is a brand new trendy hotel situated at the heart of Austin Downtown. It is walking distance to the famous "Dirty Six" bar street and to Austin capitol building. It's own restaurant/bar Caroline is pretty amazing, and the are tons of other good restaurants/bars/food trucks around. Bus to the wedding venue Le San Michele

March 29, 2019 5:00 pm - 5:00 pm

We will have a bus to take our out-of-state guests from the Aloft Hotel to the venue and back. Regardless if you will stay in the Aloft, please feel free to meet outside of the hotel gate at 5 PM on the Friday (3/29/19) and board the bus. Since it's a very busy street, the bus will not be able to park and wait. It can only stop in front of the hotel at 5 PM sharp and pick up all guests at once then leave. If you are planning to take the bus, please mark your choice in our RSVP page, and arrive at hotel gate prior to 5 PM. To our friends who are Austin residents: you would do us a huge favor if you could kindly drive to the venue on your own. Of course, you can still choose to use the bus service, and we will be happy to have you on-board! Le San Michele locates about 35 minutes south of downtown Austin. Our cocktail hour will start at 6 PM on the Friday. Please expect Friday rush hour, which might extend your trip from 35 min to 1 hr 15 min.

If you are traveling with families or friends, planning to rent a car or if you think downtown is too chaos, this site will give you great options for much better value. We recommend you to book anything that is within (or right around) the rectangular area which were formed by Rd. 2222, 1, 35 and Oltorf St.

There are buses in Austin downtown that you can ride. If you decide to stay in a suburb location for AirBnB, you might be also able to take the light rail (daypass at $7 available). Please check the website to check the cost/location/schedule.
