Can we bring our kiddos?

Answer

We love me some cutie-pies!! Please feel free to bring your kids to our wedding. However, here are some reminders: 1) Please be aware that the wedding will start in the evening, and it will last until 10 - 11 PM, which might be well pass your kids’ bed time. 2) We understand that babies have their own needs; at the meantime we also hope that our once-in-a-lifetime ceremony to be peaceful and beautiful. Therefore, If your kiddos start to interrupt the wedding ceremony, we kindly ask you to immediately bring them into the building and calm them down. 3) Austin spring weather can be tricky. Please do bring extra jackets/rain coats for your little ones.

Can we bring our fur-kiddos?

Answer

Trust me, we want our little Baby bear to be there with us too. However, the venue is somewhat like a ranch, which might have lots of distractions (small wild animals for example) for your doggies. To avoid anyone to chase after their dog in the dark, lets keep them home. Thank you for your understanding!

We will take the bus to the venue, but if we want to leave early, can we have the bus to take us back earlier?

Answer

Unfortunately no. However, you can use Uber/Lyft to go back to downtown. We also have quite a few local friends. If some of them want to leave early too, you might be able to ask for car-pool.

What to do if I miss the bus pick-up?

Answer

Please arrange your own transportation in this case. We want to state again: the bus pick-up will be at 5 PM sharp. The bus will not wait since the hotel is downtown, and the one-way streets are very busy around the rush hour. Thank you for your understanding!
