While we adore little ones, our wedding is an adults-only affair to ensure everyone can relax and enjoy the celebration. We would be happy to refer you to local, trusted, care providers if you are interested. We appreciate your understanding.

The dress code is cocktail. We want you to feel comfortable, so if you have any questions about attire, feel free to reach out.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is parking at the venue. Please note, we will also provide transportation between the Hilton Netherland Plaza and the venue on Saturday night.

Will I have a meal available if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

Yes, we've considered various dietary preferences. There will be a meal, hors d'oeuvres, and desserts that will accomodate those that are vegan, gluten free, or that have a nut allergy. The venue will be able to make other adjustments depending on specific dietary restrictions.

Is there transportation provided from the hotel to the venue?

Yes, we're excited to offer transportation for our guests to and from the Hilton Netherland Plaza to the ceremony/reception.

Which airport should I use? Do I need to rent a car?

Answer

If you are flying to Cincinnati, we recommend flying into the CVG airport. It is a 25 minute ride to and from the Hilton Netherland Plaza. You should be able to easily get an Uber or Lyft between the airport and the Hilton Netherland Plaza. If you decide to stay in downtown Cincinnati, or at one of our room blocks, you will be able to enjoy a range of activities within walking distance. Unless you plan to extend your visit, we don’t anticipate the need for a rental car.

Is there parking at the Hilton Netherland Plaza?

Answer

Yes, self-parking is $30 per day and valet parking is $45 per day. Prices include leaving and entering the garage throughout the day. Please note that parking is available in the Mabley Place parking garage attached to the Hilton and accessible on Race Street or 4th Street. The Mabley Place parking garage is not operated by Hilton and parking cannot be charged to hotel room account.
