Chinese Gate Crash

The Wedding Website of Alice YingYu Wen and Kaleb Starr Brown
接新娘! Chinese Gate Crash is a fun and lively pre-wedding tradition commonly practiced in Chinese weddings. The gate crash symbolizes the groom’s commitment and determination to marry his bride, and adds joy and laughter to the wedding. It also emphasizes the bond and protectiveness of the bride’s family and friends. The gate crash will begin when Kaleb and his groomsmen arrive to with celebration, noise, and playful chaos to "fetch the bride”. But they don’t get in so easily! Alice's bridesmaids will block the entry and challenge Kaleb and his groomsmen with games, dares, or bargaining before he can see his bride. After successfully competing the games (with the help of his groomsmen), Kaleb will then have to find Alice's missing shoe, places them on Alice, and then carry her to the next part of the ceremony.
