Did you know that Madison is home to the largest farmer's market in the U.S.? Ben and Lexi love buying farm fresh ingredients and strolling around the state capital on a sunny Saturday morning. We hope you will consider checking it out!
Lake Kegonsa State Park
Take a stroll through this beautiful state park in the area. They have several short hikes, lake access, and campsites available. We love exploring the local parks and hope you will too!
Badger Football vs. Miami (OH)
Ben and Lexi are both UW-Madison Alumni and enjoy supporting their fellow Badgers by taking in the occasional sporting event. Watch the Badger football team on Thursday, August 28th, as they take on the RedHawks at Camp Randall for the 2025 season opener.
Taste of Madison
Madison features a wide variety of cuisines from across the globe and is well known for its rich food culture. Ben and Lexi love trying new restaurants and exploring the food landscape of the Madison area. The Taste of Madison festival features many local restaurants and food trucks, all gathered around the Capitol Square. There is sure to be great food and fun entertainment at this infamous festival.
Opening Spike Classic
The UW Badger Volleyball team will be hosting this year's Opening Spike Classic to kick off their fall 2025 season. Lexi went to every home volleyball game her freshman year of college, and the couple try to catch a few matches each season. We encourage you to consider watching the UW Badger Volleyball team take on Texas on Sunday, August 31 at 1 PM.
