Hotel Shuttle Schedule
2:00 pm - 11:00 pm
We encourage our guests staying at the Tru by Hilton and Quality Inn to take advantage of the shuttle to and from the venue. Please be prompt, as the bus will run on a tight schedule to ensure that our guests are seated for the ceremony on time. Bus pick-up times are as follows: Tru by Hilton 2:10 PM 3:00 PM Quality Inn 2:25 PM 3:15 PM Lageret to hotels 9:20 PM 11:00 PM
Wellman Wedding Ceremony
4:00 pm - 4:45 pm

Cocktail/Semi-formal Attire: cocktail dresses, sundresses, summer gowns, dressy jumpsuits, and khakis or slacks with a dress shirt and tie are appropriate.
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4 PM, so please be seated by 3:45 to ensure the day runs smoothly.
Wellman Wedding Reception
5:00 pm - 11:00 pm

5:00 ~ Cocktail hour: Open bar serving beer, seltzers, and wine will be available after the ceremony. Staff will be walking around with a variety of appetizers that you won't want to miss! Be sure to try them all. 6:00 ~ Dinner Dinner will be served family style. There will be a couple of speeches during dinner, so be sure to have your drinks ready to toast to the newlyweds! 7:00 ~ Dancing Once your bellies are full, we hope you'll put your dancing shoes on and boogie the night away! 10:30 ~ Last Call Be sure to get your last refreshments before the end of service. 11:00 ~ After Party Once the official party comes to a close, we hope to extend the night downtown Stoughton!
