Durango Airport

Durango Airport (DRO) is by far the easiest way to get to Durango, with connecting flights from Denver, Dallas, and Phoenix. However, flights into our tiny airport can get a bit pricey. Purchase flights far in advance for the best deals. There are also four car rental companies based at the airport: Alamo, Avis, Enterprise, and Hertz. More info can be found on the airport website.

Looking to save a little and for a bit of an adventure? The Albuquerque Airport (ABQ) can be much more affordable, has direct flights, and is only a four hour drive away!

Denver will by far have the most affordable and direct flights available. However, it is a 7 hour drive away from Durango. This is a great option for those who are looking to make a family vacation out of this trip.
