Question

Where do I catch the shuttle and when?

Answer

Shuttles will start leaving the Double Tree at 2pm. Shuttles will go back and forth to the venue three times. PLEASE BE AT THE DOUBLE TREE AT 2PM OR BEFORE SO YOU CAN MAKE IT TO THE VENUE IN TIME FOR THE CEREMONY. There is a bar at the Double Tree you can have a drink at while you wait. You may park your vehicle in the Double Tree parking lot, however, we ask that you DO NOT LEAVE YOUR VEHICLE IN THE DOUBLE TREE PARKING LOT OVERNIGHT.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! Semi-formal. We'd love if you dressed your best to celebrate our big day! The ceremony and reception will be outside so please consider this when deciding what shoes to wear. Please keep in mind that it can also get a little chilly in the evening here in southwest Colorado, so don't forget your layers!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive between 3 and 3:30pm. The ceremony will begin at 4pm. Shuttles will be available from downtown Durango to the venue.
