Shuttle

Shuttles will start leaving the Double Tree at 2pm. Shuttles will go back and forth to the venue three times. PLEASE BE AT THE DOUBLE TREE AT 2PM OR BEFORE SO YOU CAN MAKE IT TO THE VENUE IN TIME FOR THE CEREMONY. There is a bar at the Double Tree you can have a drink at while you wait. You may park your vehicle in the Double Tree parking lot, however, we ask that you DO NOT LEAVE YOUR VEHICLE IN THE DOUBLE TREE PARKING LOT OVERNIGHT.
Ceremony and Reception
3:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Semi Formal. The ceremony and reception will take place outdoors. Be prepared for a light chill in the evening and bit of uneven terrain (i.e. maybe no stilletoes). Please leave your chacos at home.
Plan to arrive between between 3 and 3:30pm. The ceremony will take place at 4pm, followed by a cocktail hour and reception. Make sure to bring your dancing shoes! Shuttles will be available from and to downtown Durango before and after the event.

Bagel and Lox Brunch! Limited parking so PLEASE CARPOOL or hike up the Skysteps (2.1 mile hike up steep stairs)! Leave upper parking lot open for elderly folks. If parking is full, please park at the Stuadium Lot at Fort Lewis College. The Lion's Den is a 16 minute walk from there!
