Nearest airport: San Francisco International (SFO)

Other Northern CA airports include Oakland International Airport (OAK) and San Jose Mineta International Airport (SJC), but SFO has the highest volume of flights and the Marin Airporter shuttle (see link below) that goes directly to the Courtyard Marriott listed here. Please note: if there is a fair chance that you will be traveling here for the wedding, we suggest that you consider booking flights as soon as possible. We recommend getting refundable tickets when possible to maintain some flexibility in your travel plans. Prices will inevitably increase once we get close to the busy and popular holiday weekend!

Last day to book: 8/8/24 Travel time to wedding venue: about 12 minutes without traffic. Discounted room block rate: $180/night + tax/fees (King or 2 Queen Suites available). Rooms currently available Aug 29 (Thursday) through Sept 1 (Sunday). If you would like to come earlier or stay later than these dates, contact the hotel directly to ask about honoring the rates for your whole stay. (We are also looking into this)

Shuttle

Wedding Day Transportation

August 30, 2024 4:30 pm - 11:30 pm

We have arranged a shuttle service to and from the wedding venue for both hotels. Tentative Schedule TO Wedding: 4:30pm - Pick-up at Embassy Suites 4:50pm - Drop-off at Stonetree Estate 5:00pm - Pick-up at Courtyard 5:20pm - Drop-off at Stonetree Estate Tentative Schedule FROM Wedding: 9:30pm - Pick-up at Stonetree Estate Shuttle to make multiple trips as needed 11:30pm - Final pick-up at Stonetree Estate! Please note that the shuttle will be on a set schedule to ensure guests arrive to the ceremony on time, and unfortunately it will not be able wait for guests running behind. In this case, please consider a rideshare option to the wedding, and there will be multiple opportunities to return to the hotels via shuttle. Please also note that the shuttle will only run to and from these two hotels and will not be able to accommodate other pick-up/drop-off points. Free parking is available at both hotels and the wedding venue.
