Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

No later than December 2nd for the wedding event. For other events, please let us know by December 14th.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, we are kindly requesting that this is an adults-only event unless they are in the wedding party.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

While there are approximately 20 spots available, we highly encourage taking the shuttle from the hotels and/or using a rideshare app like Uber or Lyft to get to the venue.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

No. We are unfortunately at capacity and can only accommodate plus ones if your invite indicates it

What is black tie optional?

Answer

This will be a formal event where tuxedos, suits with ties and floor-length dresses are preferred, but not required. Please note: Since our venue is a private club, jackets for men are required. If you are trying to book a hotel, but the room block isn't working, what do you do?

Answer

If you are going to book your rooms at The Proper or Courtyard and are having issues, please contact either Tessa or Alex. They are in constant communication with both hotels and can help solve the issues quickest. Once you book your reservation, and you want to change you reservation for any reason (dates, room type, etc), contact guest services for each hotel - OR - reach out to following contacts at each hotel. Is it warm in California? What type of clothes should we bring?

Answer

In January, Daily high temperatures are around 66°F, rarely falling below 58°F or exceeding 77°F in Santa Monica. During the evening, low temperatures are around 50°F, rarely falling below 43°F or exceeding 56°F.
