Flight

Brussels-Zaventem Airport (BRU)

Brussels has two airports, but you'll probably fly into Brussels International (aka Zaventem), which is the easiest one to get to and from. You can take the train into the city (it costs 10€ and takes about half an hour), or take an Uber.

Flight

Brussels South Charleroi Airport

If you're flying in from another European country or want to continue your travels around Europe afterwards, you may find cheap flights (especially Ryanair) from Charleroi airport, which is further out. You can reach it by bus from a company called Flibco. It takes about an hour and costs 20€.

Hotel

Hotel Serwir

We've booked a hotel block for the night of wedding. It's about a 10 min taxi ride from the venue. If you're coming from out of town, we recommend that you stay in Brussels for the welcome dinner on the 29th and then at Hotel Serwir (or in another B&B close to the venue) on the 30th for the wedding. The farewell brunch on the 31st will also be close to both the venue (5 min) and Hotel Serwir (15 min). Of course you're welcome to stay in Brussels the night of the wedding as well, but you'll be farther from the brunch the next morning (1 hour away). We will try to arrange a couple of shuttles between Brussels and Hotel Serwir on the day of the venue. Gent and Antwerp are only about 30 minutes from the venue, but you will be responsible for your own transport to and from. Ubers are available in these major cities, but I'm not sure whether they will come to the venue. Otherwise, taxis are a good option (and we will have taxi companies on standby throughout the night so you can get a ride home).
