THE main square in Brussels! Gorgeous during the day or at night, Grand Palace never gets old. It's also at the heart of Brussels' historic center, so it's a great place to wander around to get a bit of the city's old school charm. Make sure to stop by: Mannekin Pis and Galerie Royal Saint Hubert, but skip Delirium bar for something more authentic (like Café Merlo in the Saint Catherine area).
A great area to explore after you wander around the historic center. Head up the stairs to get to Place Royal, where you'll find the Royal Museum of Fine Arts, the Magritte Museum and the Royal Palace and park around the corner.
The best 360 rooftop view in the whole city.
One of our favorite cities in Belgium! Just a 30-minute train ride from Brussels, walking around Ghent feels like another world. Medieval architecture meets lively student city – it's the epitome of 'gezellig', which means 'cozy' in Dutch. A perfect day trip from Brussels. my favorite spots: https://maps.app.goo.gl/rU1Uky4xxjHRsPfbA
A real live fairytale. There's a reason Bruges is a popular place to visit, because it feels like you're walking around a movie set. It's smaller than Ghent, so it's easy to see the whole city in a day (1 hour train ride from Brussels).
