Welcome drinks with the bride and groom

7:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Casual - come as you are!

To any guests coming into town early, come join us for drinks at the North Bar in downtown Traverse City as a thank you for traveling to come celebrate with us! There will be appetizers provided, though if you are extra hungry, we recommend checking out one of the amazing restaurants downtown or hitting up the food truck paradise that is The Little Fleet just a couple blocks down from the bar.

Ceremony/Reception

3:30 pm - 10:00 pm

Cocktail attire. There is a lot of grassy area to walk around on for pictures, so be careful with the stilettos!

SHUTTLE PICKUP WILL BE AT 2:15p SHARP. There will be a shuttle picking up at each hotel (Hotel Indigo Downtown and Tri by Hilton). Ceremony will be followed by a cocktail hour (though we will not have liquor at the venue due to winery licensing - there will be wine, beer and hard cider). During this time, hors d'oeuvres will be passed. For dinner, there will be a plated Michigan cherry salad followed by a buffet with a chicken dish, round of beef carving station, gouda mashed potatoes, pasta dish and vegetable medley.
