You are absolutely welcome to stay wherever you’d like. We chose Surety for its high-end aesthetic and the value of our group rate (typically $50+ off standard pricing). Based on our research, other nearby 4-star options like Hotel Fort Des Moines range from $130–$165, while the Hyatt Place Downtown offers a more budget-friendly 3-star stay around $130. We also looked at other nearby downtown options like Des Lux, Marriott Downtown, and Renaissance, but found they were higher priced than Surety for 3-star accommodations. Whether you stay with us or find another local gem, we just want you to have a comfortable place to recharge.
