To book, please email: recepcja@hotelprzystan.com and CC margaretzarska@gmail.com and include: 1) The dates of your stay 2) The reservation number "I/12969/2025" (in the subject line and email body) 3) A note that you're part of the Zarska-Sienko wedding If you are interested in staying here, please contact the hotel by January 15th. After this date, remaining rooms may not be held and availability cannot be guaranteed! Please do not book through the hotel’s website—you must email reception directly in order to access the discounted wedding block and room options! Room options range from standard (~$190–200 USD/night with breakfast included) to lake view and terrace rooms at a higher rate. You’ll pay 50% upon booking, with the remaining balance due at checkout. If you'd like more details about room types and pricing, feel free to request that in your email. Getting to Olsztyn
Olsztyn is the capital of the Warmia-Mazury region of Poland—often called the "Land of a Thousand Lakes." Known for its picturesque old town, gothic castle, and beautiful lakes and forests, Olsztyn holds a special place in our hearts, as it’s where Alex was born and much of her family still resides today. We’re so excited to share this meaningful and scenic part of the world with you as we celebrate our wedding! For those traveling to celebrate with us, we recommend booking your flights into either Warsaw (~2.5 hours away from the venue) or Gdańsk (~2 hours away from the venue). Both cities offer convenient options to get to Olsztyn by car, bus, or train. We recommend booking international flights 3-5 months in advance and, in our personal experiences, have had the most luck finding the best rates on Skyscanner. If you're planning to use our wedding as an excuse for your own European adventure (please do, if you can!), there are also plenty of affordable flight options into Warsaw or Gdańsk from other major European cities; airfare within Europe tends to be much cheaper compared to domestic U.S. flight prices. We're more than happy to help you find flights and/or answer any airline, travel, and accommodation questions, as well! To make things easier, we’ll also be arranging group transportation from the airports closer to the wedding date. If you’re interested in joining one of the buses we’ll be renting, stay tuned—we’ll share more details as the date approaches!
