When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please make your RSVP by August 25th! Even if you're unable to join us, it is extremely helpful to RSVP that you're not attending so that we can update our list. Thank you so much!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Please check your invite for information about additional guests. If you would like to request an additional guest, please contact Alex Brodsky at abrodsky0@gmail.com so that we can determine if an accommodation can be made.

Are the ceremony and reception locations wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes! Please let us know if you have any concerns, but all locations will be fully accessible! If you need any specific accommodations, please reach out to Alex at abrodsky0@gmail.com.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

All of our events, included our wedding, will be indoors.

Can we take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?

Answer

Absolutely! Please take as many photos as you'd like, all weekend long. You'll be given a QR code to upload the photos you take to a special wedding photo album for the Bride and Groom. Please be sure to turn off flash and sound so that you do not distract from the wedding itself! Please feel free to send any additional photos or videos to abrodsky0@gmail.com.

Will there be any Transportation Options?

Answer

For transportation to and from the Airport, to The Doubletree Hotel, booking an Uber or Lyft will be your best option. For guests staying at The Doubletree Hotel Downtown Tulsa, there is a free shuttle that can pick you up from the airport, however, it is not guaranteed and only based on availability. If you would like to use the shuttle, after your plane has landed and offboarded you can call The Doubletree's main line: 918-587-8000, to let them know that you've arrived and would like to be picked up. The hotel is about 15 minutes away from the airport, and they will provide you an ETA when you call. Again, this is based on availability and not guaranteed, so Uber/Lyft may be a better option! We are also offering Transportation to and from The Mayo, from The Doubletree Hotel via The Tulsa Trolley. The trolley will begin transporting guests at 4pm and will end at 4:50pm. There are limited seats, so please do not wait until the last minute to use the trolley to ensure all guests can get to The Mayo on time. The trolley will also run to take guests back to The Doubletree from 11pm - 12am, after the reception. If you are renting a car to use while you're in Tulsa, please note that street parking downtown is free after 5pm on weekdays, and free on weekends. You can also use pay-by-plate parking in several parking lots downtown via the ParkMobile App.

Can I park at The Mayo?

Answer

Yes, The Mayo offers day valet parking for $10 per vehicle. The City of Tulsa also offers free street parking as available weekdays after 5pm, and every Saturday and Sunday.
