Dress Code: Montana Elegant Casual- We want you to feel comfortable and yourself! Think dressy-casual to semi-formal. Suits, sport coats, dresses, and nice blouses are all welcome—so are clean jeans, boots, and flannels if that’s your style. Our wedding party will be in earthy, natural tones, so feel free to lean into neutrals, greens, browns, tans, rusts, and soft florals if you’d like.
The most important thing is that you’re comfortable and ready to celebrate with us. The Ceremony and Reception will be held indoors, with the option to move outside for the Reception. Montana Weather Note: Late May in Kalispell can be unpredictable—sunshine, wind, or a cool evening are all possible. We recommend layers, comfortable shoes, and a light jacket or sweater, especially for evening festivities or outdoor portions of the celebration. Daytime: ~55–65°F Evenings: can drop into the 40s Wind: yes Terrain: grass, gravel, or uneven ground is common. Muddy if it rains.
Cocktail Hour
5:30 pm - 6:30 pm

Join us right after the ceremony for a relaxed cocktail hour with light appetizers, a mocktail station, and a beer bar. You’re also welcome to bring your favorite beverage—BYOB style! Feel free to bring a cooler and park it outside so you can enjoy what you love while mingling and celebrating together.
Reception
6:30 pm - 11:00 pm

Join us for a laid-back reception featuring a BBQ buffet-style dinner, followed by a dance party to celebrate the night away. Come hungry, come ready to dance, and most of all—come ready to have fun with us.
