Our Story

I have been lucky enough to call Alex one of my good friends since we first met freshman year of college, almost 10 years ago, at Colorado Mesa University (CMU) in Grand Junction, Colorado. Alex came to CMU to play football and I came for their Exercise Science program and location. Throughout our college career, our friendship grew stronger while struggling through Physics class together and skiing/snowboarding the surrounding mountains. After 4 years of friendship with many memories made, you could say we were more than friends even though both of us were in denial. It took me packing up to spend the summer in the Costa Rican Jungle for Alex to ask me to officially be his girlfriend. Since that day, Alex and I have been fortunate enough to explore not only the States together but Central America and Asia. Little did I know I would truely be marrying my best friend and travel buddy.
