Ashley and Katy have known each other since middle school, but their friendship blossomed after they both moved home from college. It was around this time that Katy met Alex, who was also close friends with Ashley and they’ve been a trio of best friends since. Ashley’s daughter, Teagan was born in 2024 and is like a niece to Katy and Alex and will be a flower girl during the ceremony. Katy considers Ashley like a sister and is honored to have her by her side for the last ten years and on her special day.

Emma and Katy met in 2011 on the first day of band camp in Katy’s sophomore year of high school and have been best friends since that day. They spent their high school years making memories on band trips and have kept up with each other throughout college and living in different states over the years. Emma has recently settled in Raleigh and welcomed her first son, David this year and Katy is happy to have one of her dearest and oldest friendships closer to her and to have Emma by her side on her special day.
Hailey Wagner

Hailey is Alex’s oldest sister on his dad’s side and grew up in the same household as Alex and their brother, Stephen. Hailey and Katy connected instantly and have enjoyed having each other as “sisters” over the almost 9 years that her and Alex have been together. Katy and Hailey became closer while living under the same roof for a little while and Katy is so excited to officially call her a sister and have her by her side on her special day.
Ana Sofia Fasul

Ana and Katy met in 2016 while working at a sleep away summer camp that Ana also attended as a child. They were assigned to be co-counselors together for a session during the summer and connected very quickly. They kept in touch over the years through social media and became closer after fate brought them back together in the Durham/Raleigh area. Ana has been such a bright soul in Katy’s life and she is excited to have her by her side!
Hayden Lambert

Hayden and Katy worked together at an exotic animal clinic and became closer while living friends after several coffee dates. Hayden has supported Katy through the last few years of her life and she is excited to have her by her side on her big day!
Carson Cox

Carson and Alex have known each other since high school and over the years have become best friends. They continued their friendship through college despite going to different schools and now work together selling windows and doors. Carson also grew up in the same neighborhood at Katy and has been a good friend to both of them throughout the years.
Cody Simonson

Cody and Alex also met in high school and have been in the same friend circle since. They continued their friendship through college and now enjoy living close to each other and like to go golfing and spend time with their high school friends. Katy met Cody early into her relationship with Alex and has also enjoyed having Cody as a close friend.
Reilly Leagan
Groomsman
Reilly and Alex met in high school through mutual friends and have remained close friends since. Reilly currently lives in another state, but frequently comes home to visit and we are excited to have him by Alex’s side.
Stephen Wagner

Stephen is Alex’s oldest brother on his dad’s side and grew up in the same household as Alex and Hailey. They share a lot of the same interest and enjoy spending time together as adults and Alex is grateful to have him by his side.
Dylan Cook
Groomsman
Dylan is Alex’s oldest brother on his mom’s side that lives in Tennessee. Although they were not able to grow up in the same household, Alex enjoys visiting his siblings as often as possible and they keep in touch through social media and regular contact. Alex is grateful to have another brother by his side and enjoys being the eldest sibling of 9 total.
