Please come as you are, but enjoy dressing up with us! We hope to have beautiful fall mountain weather, but it will be outdoors so please bring coats or umbrellas as needed. We will be under the trees so plan to get close with nature, however, it will be covered if it is raining. If you are not seated by 4:30, you will be asked to wait in the parking lot until cocktail hour.
Cocktail Hour

Please enjoy drinks, hors d’œuvres and games by the campfire while the newly wedded couple takes pictures with their close friends and family!
Reception

We will announce when you may be seated under the outdoor pavilion for dinner, served by The Smoke Pit. We will have barbecue with southern sides and desserts. Don’t forget to stop by our photo station to leave us your Polaroid and a sweet message. Drinks will be available throughout the night so please plan to have your ride taken care of.
After Party

We will have a “fake exit” with our guests so that the photographer can leave, but feel free to stay for the final hour full of dancing and fun! We have chosen to let loose a little so if you have small children or don’t enjoy more explicit music, we understand if you would like to exit with the photographer. No worries if you do, we still enjoyed having you!
